A natural saline solution is implanted with a machine, over existing PMU or small tattoos.

This breaks up the healed pigment, lifting it out of the skin. The pigment rises to the surface, a scab forming, and will fall off as the removal area heals. A lightened tattoo is revealed. Typically several sessions are required.
